ABOUT US
Over the past two years, we have mapped carbon opportunities across New York State, including forest resiliency zones, BECCS modeling, SAF and biomass logistics, and regenerative land use. Our work has focused on identifying infrastructure-aligned use cases in regions such as the Catskills and Adirondacks, informed by discussions with stakeholders in forestry, energy, transportation, and research.
The platform is being developed to meet the needs of public-sector climate accountability. It will support integration with digital verification frameworks and recognized standards to enable long-term tracking of measurable environmental impact.

Offset CRBN is being developed in response to climate and policy conditions unfolding across New York State. Our focus is shaped by the region’s mix of natural capital, regulatory ambition, and need for infrastructure that can track environmental outcomes with precision.

Michael Henry
Michael Henry began his career as a journalist before turning his focus to early-stage blockchain, where he led communications and strategic development across early stage projects. His time in Costa Rica reinforced his commitment to connecting ecological realities with precise, verifiable data.
Motivated by the need for climate accountability, he founded Offset CRBN to apply his experience in media and blockchain to environmental impact. He also volunteers with the Blockchain & Climate Institute, contributing to global climate policy and communications.
